Text message terms
Last updated September 15, 2026
Lawn care businesses use LoamWay, made by LoamWay LLC, to send text messages to their customers. These terms explain those messages.
Who sends them
The lawn care business you gave your phone number to. The messages are sent through LoamWay for that business.
What they are about
- Reminders about upcoming visits.
- Letting you know the work is done, and receipts.
- Bills and payment notices.
- An occasional request to review the business.
No advertising or marketing messages are sent.
How you agree to receive them
- By giving your mobile number on the business’s quote form, which says you agree to texts; or
- By telling the business, in person or on the phone, that you agree. The business records that you did.
Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.
How often
It varies — usually a few messages around each visit.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Stopping them, and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one message confirming it, and then no more.
- Reply START to receive them again.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact the business, or contact us below.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read our privacy policy for everything else.
The small print
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
